Overall we are struggling with NOVA. Our club is new to Club Runner, and so far everything we would like to do seems to have been possible in the older legacy version, but NOT in NOVA.

In the volunteer module sign-up lists you can input non-members on tasks, but none of the reports show the hours that they worked.

Can non-member volunteer hours be added to the club report? What I'm finding isn't related to how Nova works. I cannot find a group. Do I do it inside of bulletin groups? It's very confusing.

It appears "Batches" are the way to send invoices to entire club, and I've created a test batch with a test "order" ... but I have several questions related to the templates available to put the necessary info into the Invoice & associated email to the members:
