Customize where the ad sits

    It's frustrating that a service we are paying for is placing additional ads on our site and it appears we have no control over where they fall if when wish to use the templates offered. Is there a chance I missing how I would move these or that you'll be giving us at least get option to choose where on the page and newsletters you force us to place ads in the future?

    Jenna, I believe for a fee, you can have them removed.

    The banner ads that you see on your site are controlled by ClubRunner and are an integral part of the ClubRunner pricing model. This section of ads is what allows ClubRunner to offer our service at the current rates. The ads that are shown on club and district websites are only from our own partners and Rotary approved vendors.


    The current ads in rotation are from:
    • ClubRunner software
    • ClubRunner mobile app
    • Russell Hampton
    • Sage/Paya

    There is no option to control where ads are shown on pages at this at this time, the club can opt to remove the ads for $99 per year if they would like to.

    Jenna, I will reach out to you via our ticketing system to make confirmations about the status of your account.
