Cloud Events do not appear on the Events List. Do Cloud Events appear on the Club's Calendar?

I believe there should be one place to view ALL club events, and that should be Events. So when you create a Cloud Event, it should appear in Events as well. Or better still – don’t have them as separate modules. Just have Events, then you can select if it is a Cloud Event or a regular Event.

    Hi Murray,

    Thank you for reaching out.

At this time Cloud Events should always be displayed on the account's website, except if you shut down registrations which is an explicit administrative action, or the event is still in draft and not published. Otherwise the event should absolutely show everywhere in the account and at this time you do not have any control over this. In a future update we will be introducing similar controls to Event Planner and MyEventRunner where you can choose which lists it is displayed on and if it shows on the parent account. Until then, If you're not seeing your cloud event on the calendar / event list, please let me know the account and details so I can investigate.

Each module allows a lot of control to show or display events where you want, except Cloud Events right now. If it is configured and ready to be displayed, it will be displayed everywhere on the account. I agree with you that there should be a singular location of events for websites, but each website administrators may take a different approach to which that is be it the calendar, or list views. This is why we’re introducing controls to give customers the most choice, including not showing it if that is what they want.
