    Situation
I was given a list of club events for the coming year. Some district and RI events were also in the list.
The Clubrunner menu offered me "Event Planner" or "Calendar Items (recurring)".

I entered my 20 events as Calendar Items - some recurrent, some not. No categorization though.

Now I've discovered that Event Planner offers me categorization (colour coding!!), but not recurrence.

    1. I can see that most of my calendar items are not full blown events, but I'd like to categorize them so they can be colour coded.
    2. Can a calendar item be converted to an event, or linked to an event?
    3. Can I add District Events to my Calendar?
    4. Does Clubrunner have a roadmap of where events and calendars are going?

Right now the Calendar Item system doesn't have the ability to categorize events, though we are hearing feedback about this and is something we're considering for future updates.

No, at least not automatically. You would need to manually re-create the event in the Event Planner system.

We've been hearing this little by little from clubs, and it is something that is at least in consideration for the future. Right now Events (from EVP) can flow up (from Club to District) but not flow down. You can manually add them to your calendar, but no way to do so automatically yet.

Not a public one at this time, sorry!
