Some members' photos are not showing up in mobile app

    I have a few members whose directory photos appear in the web database but do not show up when I use my iPhone app. I have waited, logged out and back in and tried refreshing without success and can tell they are not restricted due to a Privacy setting.
    Any thoughts?

    Perhaps they have changed their privacy settings to ensure their photos aren't viewable.

    Hi John & Anita,

    This was a a specific case of the image not being populated into all of the correct places on our end. We were able to reupload the images for those members and the issue did get corrected.

    I just found I'm having this issue. My photo is showing fine on this website, but not at all within the mobile app. Maybe it is because my account is new, and it takes time for the system to promulgate the photos?
