Philip, in response to an earlier query of mine, ClubRunner Support said "Our system only allows you to delete 'empty' bulletin groups. You can 'move' bulletins out of a group, into a different group if you wish; or just delete the bulletins from a certain group if you don't [want] them. Once any group has 0 bulletins, the 'Delete' button will activate."
I decided to keep only the current year group (and maybe the previous year) and move the bulletins from the groups I wanted to delete into a new 'Archived Bulletins' group.

    Hi Smithy,

Everything Les said is correct! You can remove a Bulletin group once it has no bulletin in it, and you can move both current and past bulletins into separate groups.

We recommend using the Bulletin groups as categories for the types of Bulletins that are sent out, rather than and organization of the years the bulletins are sent from. ClubRunner only allows 5 total bulletin groups at this time.

Let us know if we can help further on this matter!
