Our club tracks what we consider 'perfect attendance' a combination of makeups + meetings attended however I noticed today that the system is no longer calculating the % of those two things combined when I review a member's attendance. The info mark next to the item states "Reflects only meetings for which member was present." but what's the point of adding makeups to the system if they can not be calculated into a member's attendance percentage? Is this perhaps a glitch in the system?

    Hi Jenna,

One way to view all members who have "perfect" attendance (meaning if you add in their makeups then it's perfect attendance) is to go to your Club's "Customized Attendance Report". Click here to learn more.

This report will list all your members, meetings they missed/attended, and their makeups. It will also list who is Honorary or has specific exemptions (i.e. they will always be 100% no matter how many meetings they miss). If you click the column heading "%" you can even sort so the 100% members are arranged at the top.

If you have more questions please post again.

I don't wish to run a report every time as we view these weekly when addressing people's birthdays. Previously with makeups, a member could miss 2 meetings and still be in the 98% range (what we consider perfect attendance) - however below is a report of a member who only missed one meeting all last year that didn't have a makeup to cover it and it's only giving him 97% attendance. Did the measurement change?

    Hi Jenna,

Because we might need to look at member info I'm going to be emailing you privately outside this forum.

Please look for an email with my name on it shortly.

    Jenna-
Just pointing out some basic math here. If you have 49 meetings last year, then one meeting or makeup would be worth 1/49, or 2.04%. One missed meeting would put the attendance at 97.96%. If you had had 50 meetings, each meeting would be worth 2%.

If your rules allow 2 missed meetings to be considered perfect attendance, then you would give perfect attendance to anyone with 95.92% or more last year. If your meeting count changes in a given year, then the percentages would change too.

    Hi Bob,

Thank you for clarifying! Jenna and I were able to speak and resolve this in a separate private email, but I appreciate your feedback.
