Story not appearing on website

    The last two stories I've posted are stated as published but have not appeared on the club's home page.

    Hello Nancy,

    Thank you for posting on our ClubRunner Community Forums.

    When publishing a story for the first time, a prompt will appear to the user to choose whether to display the Story on the Club Home Page within the Stories widget, and to display the story within Club Public Stories list.

    For a guide on how to create a Story in ClubRunner, please see this article from our Knowledge Base here:

    In the guide, please see step 12 for the 'Publish Story' prompt dialog box. If an editor would like to leave this setting for later, and display a story on the Stories widget after, they can navigate to the 'Stories Widget' selection in the Story Library, then click the 'Add Stories from the Story Library' button to check the stories to add from the library.

    For instruction on how to do this, please see below after entering the Member Area for the Club:

    1. Click 'Website' in the top blue bar
    2. Click 'Website Content' in the grey bar below
    3. In the list of links on the left-side of the page, click 'Home Page Stories'
    4. On this page, click 'Add Stories from the Story Library'
    5. 'Check' the Stories you wish to add from the Library
    6. Click the 'Add Selected Stories' button in the top right of the page

    This will add the Stories from the library to the Home Page Stories widget.

    Please note, the Home Page Story widget has a setting to limit the amount of stories to display on the home page to reduce load times and page length. If you would like to review this setting, please navigate to the Home Page Designer, hover-over the Home Page Stories widget, and click the 'Gear' icon on the widget. A 'Properties' prompt box will appear, scroll to the bottom of this properties prompt, and change the 'Items To Display' to the number of Stories to display in the widget.

    I hope this helps you with setting the Home Page Stories widget for the Club site.
