Log in activity reports

    When checking login activity report there is a conflict in the reporting of dates.
    E.G . Secretary logged in 11 June to a member file edited and saved, member logged in edited the file and saved the information on 18 June as shown on her personal record.
    No record of second person logging in other than on her personal file. Her last login shown as June 04.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi Chris,

    I think it would be best to take this into a support ticket so we can dig into the details a bit deeper and understand exactly what happened. We'll need more details to investigate, and we don't need to share others personal details in public.
