When entering roster information, my pull down list of members includes names of members long gone and multiple instances of the same current member.
Our Rotary club currently has 36 active members. The pull down list for rosters is 75 names long!
Some of my current members listed twice have slightly different spelling but some are absolutely identical. Here is a screen shot of part of the list.....

I have had to work out which is the "correct" one because whilst any one will be accepted, only one of them is correct. I have to check in the My Commitments for each member to see which one shows up there.
Where does this list come from? Why can't it just simply be current active members?

Also, is it possible to extend entries beyond 12 events?

    Hello Ian,

Thank you for posting on the ClubRunner Community Forums.

Reviewing the images shared, I recognize this known issue with the duties responsibilities listing members more than once. In order to assist further with this list, I have submitted a report regarding the Club's list to the ClubRunner team.

Additionally, I have reached out to you by email from the ClubRunner help desk regarding this issue, and will follow-up with you in the emailed help desk request once this issue has been resolved.

Please note, the members names retrieved for this list are pulled from the Club's 'Active Members' list, where each member is given an 'Active Member' contact tag for their record.

Moving forward for these Meeting Responsibilities at the Club, I suggest creating a 'Volunteer Sign-up list' to capture and store the volunteer lists at the Club.

Using the volunteer list, the 'Groups' for the list can be set as the month the market place is being held, and each week created as a 'Task' in the list. Then each volunteer can register (Or be registered by an admin) for the 'Weekly' task. Using the Basic Volunteers module, you can create up to 10 groups, each with up to 10 tasks, and in each task the volunteers would be listed.

For steps on how to create a volunteer sign-up list in the Club's member area, please see this guide from the ClubRunner knowledge base:
    https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/article/981-how-do-i-create-a-new-volunteer-signup-list

For a comparison chart of the differences between the Volunteers Basic and Enhanced modules, please see this chart on the ClubRunner knowledge base:
    https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/a...erence-between-the-basic-and-enhanced-version

In regards to the limited number of meeting responsibilities groups, at this time the system is limited to twelve duty responsibility groups. With this request, I have shared your feedback to increase this limit for the groupings with the product team for their review. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, so we can further adapt and improve the system.

Please let us know how it goes when administering the Club's tasks as a Volunteer Sign-up list, to include more groups and tasks for the weekly member-only event.

Please also continue to share your ideas and feedback with us on the ClubRunner Community!
