Hello! Barb here from NorCal. I do not have clearance to add threads or reply to threads in the BETA section.

Here are a couple of idea widgets I would use:
    1. Insert an Image
    2. Insert divider
    3. Insert spacer

    Thank you,
    BArb

    Hi Barb,

Thanks for posting! I hope these suggestions will meet your needs, please reply to this post if it doesn't:

    1. Insert an image widget: you can use one of our Preformatted Widgets to insert images. For example in the Website Designer > "Preformatted Widgets" section you will see a widget called "Image with Caption". This works as a quick way to insert an image. Note there's a space below the image that says "Type Caption Here". You can just erase that text, leaving only your image. Some caveats:

    - this preformatted method is a 'quick' way to insert an image, at the expense of customization. That image will come in 'as is' meaning whatever size that image is (e.g., 100 pixels wide, or 300 pixels wide, etc.), that's what is displayed. You can't really resize the image once it's in.
    - some users don't like that there's a gap showing where you erased the text "Type Caption Here".

    > To remedy all this, use a 'Custom Widget' (Global or Page Specific). Custom widgets are literally empty boxes you can style any way you wish. In this example, drag in a custom widget, edit it, and click the gray "Image" button. Now you'll have much more flexibility with the inserted image > at the cost of a few more mouse clicks.

    2. Insert divider: drag in a custom widget > click the 'square with arrow' icon to go into 'advanced' edit mode. When you're on the "Edit Custom Widget" screen > click the the small gray button with lots of lines (shown below). This is a small, thin line divider:

Now you have a nice line separator widget you can use to separate sections. And - because it's a custom widget, you can re-use it as many times as you'd like.

    3. Insert spacer: drag in a custom widget > edit this widget's properties, change the widget title to 'Spacer' - make sure to uncheck 'Show Title'. That's it, now you have an 'empty widget' that will give you a small gap between sections.

I'm still going to submit all 3 of these suggestions to our team of course, though I am unable to guarantee any results or implementation. I just wanted you to know how to create all 3 of these widgets using our existing tools.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Barb & Mickey - great question, great answer. Always like to learn how to use ClubRunner widgets in novel ways.
