Problems with the Preview screens in Website Designer - Design Home Page

    At the top of the Design Home page there is a preview feature to check out the design on a desk top, a tablet and a cell phone. We have found that they flash briefly, and then disappear entirely. However, very occasionally they will start to appear; once on the cell phone preview it was visible long enough to begin scrolling, then bingo nothing. On my computer the Statcounter number will appear which is visible in the footer.

    Can you suggest why this might be occurring and what to do to correct it?

    Hi John,

    I can confirm for you that the preview feature is working as expected on our test accounts and also checked a few other active customer accounts. Investigating your own account, I believe your observation about stat counter seems to be on the right track. When the preview is run the stat counter script runs and updates the preview pane content to only be its own counter content removing the ClubRunner preview content.. I believe to get the preview working as expected you would need to remove the stat counter script.

    I have removed the Statcounter code from the footer and the preview system is working well.
