Has anyone successfully integrated their Quick Books club account with Club Runner to pay for dues?

    Hi Russell,

Thank you for posting the question, I wanted to give an opportunity for other clubs who have used it to comment, but suspect they haven't seen your topic.

The integration with QuickBooks is more that we can export the data recorded in ClubRunner to QuickBooks through our export option. This allows you to import the data into your version of QuickBooks. The most common issue we hear about is name mismatches between both systems, as in in ClubRunner they are Jim, but in QuickBooks they are James. You would want to ensure that their data gets corrected in ClubRunner or QuickBooks for future imports.

I hope this helps, and if you have other questions, please let us know.

I am looking for anyone who has experience with using quickbooks to record accounting for their rotary club. Clubmate has died and I would like to replace it. Any suggestions are welcome.
    thank you
