I was going to raise this as a ticket, but I suspect lots of club and district admins would like to know how to do it. In this case it is annoying because I want to turn it off but can't, but if I could turn it on when I wanted to, it would be helpful.

Our DGN is a member of a club that subscribes to Clubrunner. In the district organisation chart, if you are not logged in to Clubrunner, this is what you get for his org chart card:

If on the other hand you are logged in, you get this:
    upload_2021-7-29_13-16-35.png

Aside from the fact that I really don't want o be displaying home addresses to *anybody*, even logged in users, this is interesting because Paul has somehow managed to hide his photo from users who are not logged in. But Paul does not want to hide his photo from anyone, and asked me to make it visible. OK. I said. This is my time to shine. I'll go to his privacy settings, change them and become a hero in front of my DGN.

But wait: When I go to his district privacy settings, his screen is green:

So my question is: Why is Paul's image hidden from non-logged in users? How do I turn it off? and how do I replicate this for people who want it?

    Hi Mark,

I apologize for the delayed response here. There is actually an older privacy setting taking over here for the club information page, each club has a control to hide all member photos from the public. In this case, the club has this setting enabled, and as they also use ClubRunner only the club can change this setting.

This article goes through the page's options, including their photo setting option: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/kb/articles/how-do-i-view-and-edit-club-information
