Can you please add a new text box under "Edit Speaker" where we can write internal notes & comments that are NOT displayed on the Speakers Widget or Speaker page? For example, notes regarding whether they will appear in-person or via Zoom, A/V or technical equipment required, special needs, contact information, etc.? This is important for the people who arrange the speakers, and right now all this information appears to the public when we highlight the next upcoming speaker.

    Hello Kari,

Thank you for posting. This is a good suggestion, I have forwarded this to our team for their evaluation. I cannot guarantee any results but your name is on this suggestion so you may be notified of any progress.

I have no workaround except for this - you could continue to place speaker notes inside the Speaker's section, however you can highlight the speaker notes text and make that text white. That way the speaker setup text is still there but invisible to the average user.

For anyone who wishes to view the speaker setup text - with their mouse just highlight that 'invisible' white text to make it appear. Not as nice as your suggestion of course, but you could do this today. You'll notice a blank line below - try highlighting the empty space below this sentence to see what I mean.

    This text is white.

Please post again if you have more suggestions or feedback.
