I have come across some links that are no longer working
    1. RI President Home, only error message
    2. For many years I had a web counter, now the link has gone. Is there any way to find it?
Hope someone might be able to assist

    Hi Chris,

Looking at the club's website, all of the Rotary based links in the Rotary widget appear to be loading as expected without error.
It is possible that there is, or was, an error on the website when you originally posted. If you are still seeing an error on Rotary's end with the RI President page, I would suggest contacting the Rotary CDS team: www.rotary.org/cds.

There is no built in webcounter for ClubRunner. Some customers do opt to use third party tools to track this sort of information. Looking at your website again, I can see that there is a stat counter in the right sidebar. Could you let me know if this is what had gone missing, or was it in another area?

If you wanted to track visits across the website, moving that code to the footer would allow it to be shown on all pages.

Please let me know how it goes!

Hi Zach, I have just clicked on the link for the RI President Home that you included in your reply. It works just fine. Will try again on my home page. My challenge was that I can't edit the Rotary links.
Worked your magic once again Zach, link working now!
Yes, the stat counter has disappeared and I can't find the original file I used. It is the one on the right sidebar, if you find it by all means move it to the footer.
It has been on my site almost as long as I have been using ClubRunner.
Thank you for your continued support.

    Hi Chris,

I can see your club's stat counter on the website.

I wonder if you have an adblocker, or other privacy tool enabled, that is preventing the counter from loading. In some cases browsers will have some of these tools built in as well.

You should be able to go into the widget to obtain the code, and copy its html into the footer for the club's website. If you haven't worked with the website footer before, its much like the rest of our widgets and editing areas, this article should help: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/kb/articles/how-to-use-or-create-website-footers

    Hi Chris,

I suspect you have a browser addon, or system service like anti-virus/firewall that may be blocking the counter from loading. Have you asked any of your other members, if they're not seeing the counter as well?

If you normally use Chrome for example, you might want to try Edge or Firefox instead. If you're on a Mac, and you normally use Safari, Firefox or Edge would also be good choices to try. You can also try a private browsing session or a guest profile, depending on your browser. Should you have trouble getting into guest mode or a private browsing session, please let us know which browser you are using.
