    Hello,

We have just sent out the invoice to members for their membership subscription and find that the invoice template appears to have changed. It now has this unnecessary message as a header taking up a third of the space. It is an irrelevant message and we would like to get rid of it but can't figure out how to do it. Can you please point me in the right direction as to how to amend/remove this message.

For some reason I am unable to upload a jpeg or png file to this post to illustrate the message. However the unwanted message says:
    "Hi...
    Thanks for your purchase!
Please take a moment to review the details of your invoice"
Then has an icon of some sort and the invoice number
We do not need messages like these on subs invoices and, as we can only invoice members anyway, it is gratuitous.

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for reaching out on this matter. At this time, it is not possible for customers to modify the Dues and Billing email invoice templates. I can confirm that most system templates were updated recently, inclusive of the club's dues invoice. On the dues invoice we are reviewing feedback from others like yourself about the changes and seeing what action we can take to improve this template.

I've included your feedback for the team to consider, and will update this post once we have a status update.

    Thanks!

    Hi Richard,

I am following up to confirm that the club invoice template has been updated, removing the image, and thank you for your purchase text.

If you have any other feedback on the updated invoice template, please let me know!

    Thanks.

I have implemented invoicing for dues for my club
I should have the ability to edit the email cover template.

I want to be able to include my club logo and edit the text
Here is the "template" delivering the invoice.

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you for following up on this discussion. At this time customers are not able to control or modify their invoice templates, all customers use the exact same invoicing templates across our platform. I can confirm that this is something that we are looking at for future updates. I've also made sure to add your voice to the feedback that we've collected on this matter so far.

You can add comments to all of your invoices, when using the dues and billing module. However, these will be a part of the invoice itself, and not the outgoing email.
