Signing up New Members - How do I tell them their login information?

    I have been signing up a bunch of new members from our new Satellite Club. I do not think that the new member are told of their login information even though it seems to say that they will be welcomed. In any case how do I share with them their login name and password? How do i get their password or do I have to reset their password to do this? When I reset the password do they get informed of the new password or get some kiind of link to login?

    I am the club secretary.

    Hello Jim,

    Thank you for posting. Any club member (including yourself) can retrieve their login info at any time. When you go to login you'll see two blue links: "Forgot username" or "Forgot password". Click either link to be taken to a login retrieval form. Once we validate your email, we'll email you your login info. Please see:

    Note that you can do this for other members - as long as you input the email that we have for them in ClubRunner, you could send login info to any member of your club.

    I have a different issue. I have admin status on club runner for my club. I have been entering new members and although they show up in the member list on Clubrunner.com, they are not showing up in the Mobile app. I also update the club calendar regularly and this information goes quickly to the app. Please let me know how I may resolve this issue.     Hello Janice,

    Thank you for posting here. If you're inputting your members on the website but it's not showing up on the app:

    1. Load the mobile app
    2. Go to your list of members
    3. Near the top right of the screen tap the "circular arrow" icon - this will refresh all member data

    Since our app is designed to continue working on your phone even without an internet connection, sometimes you must tap that "refresh" icon to make sure you are up to date. If this isn't working for you or you have more questions, please post again.
