Bulletin - is the problem the layout or my phone?

    I will take over as district bulletin editor in July. Looking at the capabilities of the bulletin module it appears that text line width is fixed so that the same line length displays on both desk top and mobile. Can that be true because it makes the text too small to read on my phone!

    It could be a number of things: from Font size selected to the bulletin's layout.

    Zach from ClubRunner replied to my concerns and said, 'I would suggest generally using the Leadership or Minimalist themes, along with the layouts that are specifically titled “Responsive”.' So even if you use a "responsive" layout it will not display properly in many of the themes. By switching themes to Minimalist the bulletin went from looking like a PDF on my phone to flowing just fine. Now I can read it and hopefully so can everyone else.

    Hello Martha & Cindy,


    I'm glad I was able to help make some progress through your support ticket, and very glad to see members trying to help each other out!

    Using one of two themes: Minimalist or Leadership with a Layout that is also responsive should ensure the best look to the Bulletin. If you are still having any issues, please share an example so we can take a look at how to improve it.

    I know we'll be working to retire some of the older themes and non-responsive layouts as well in the Bulletin system.
