Custom Fields in Contacts

    Is it possible to add custom fields in Contacts? I am thinking specifically Long Text fields for making notes about a contact somewhat like a basic CRM so you can keep track of conversations or other relevant information.

    I can confirm that as of today, we do not have custom field support for our contacts module. Custom fields are available for membership records, but not contacts themselves. I have shared this feedback with our product team for their consideration in future updates, and we appreciate you sharing your need for this field.

    If this is in regards to prospective members, the Membership Success module does have a special place to record notes as prospects move through their Journey.     Are there any plans on making custom fields available for contacts (non-members)? This would be of great value and allow us to collect more personalized data related to non-members. Otherwise, we have to depend on outside resources and duplicate efforts in this area.
