What should access level 70 have access to?

You can see what members with '70 - Member' club access level have access to, from the '70 - Member' section and different screenshots for each club version access level from this article on our Knowledgebase, clubrunnersupport.com:

You can also see what members have access to by logging into your club's Member Area, then clicking 'Member' along the top row of different Dashboards (You will see dashboards for, Administrator, Executives, Editors, and Members), just above where it displays 'Welcome back, Paula' on the Administrator Dashboard.

For the Member Directory and list, the steps you've shared are for any member with an access level of '50 - Club Executive', up to the greatest, '30 - Site Administrator', to open and edit other member profiles.

Members with a '70 - Member' club access level, can open the club member directory either with the steps in this article from our Club - Members Guide section, from the 'My ClubRunner' tab in the member area, instead of 'Membership':
