    Hello Barb,

I believe you want to do this with your current Club and Email system, and not specifically Nova. This is actually something that we have improved under Nova that your email signature has access to the new editor, so under Nova you would be able to insert the images very easily.

For the current ClubRunner, the best thing we suggest is to create your email signature while composing an email, and then copy that out into your profiles' signature.

    1. Login to your Club's ClubRunner website, and enter the Members Area
    2. Click on Communication tab then Email Services
    3. Click Compose New Email
    4. In the message editor, use the image library to insert the images and modify your text for your signature, example: upload_2024-9-3_9-18-57.png
    5. Once you are happy you'll want to highlight and copy that text & images and then use CTRL + C to copy to your clipboard

    6. From here, we can click on My ClubRunner, and then My Profile
    7. On the profile, click the settings tab, and then click edit under the custom email signature block
    8. Now you can enter your cursor into the editor, and CTRL + V to paste the copied information

    9. Click Save

I hope this helps for now, if you run into any issues do let us know and we'll do our best to assist further.

As for a comparison under Nova, these are the steps:
    1. Login to your Club's ClubRunner website, and enter the Members Area
    2. Navigate to your profile, by clicking on your Profile icon at the top right of the page, and choose profile
    3. Now that you're on the profile, click into the Communications tab.
    4. Click Edit Signature
    5. Update your signature

    6. Save!
