Contacts: Date Added / Last Updated

    Is there a way to view when a contact was added and/or last updated? Coming into a club that has been around for several years and the contact list has not been maintained regularly. Would love to have the ability to view date(s) related to contact entries.

    I do not see this information when exporting contact data. In my opinion, this would be valuable information for clubs.

    Hello David,

    Thank you for posting.

    At this time we don't display when a Contact was added or last updated - but this is very helpful feedback. I've asked our team to include/reveal this information inside each contact, as well as include "Last Created/Edited" when you export your Contacts.

    David, if you would like to determine when your Contacts were last created/exported please let me know, I'll go ask our team if we can offer you that data export.

    Please note I'm unable to guarantee any timelines for implementation, but thank you for this feedback. If you have more questions please post again.

    Hello again David,

    After speaking with our team - "Created On," "Profile Created By," and "Last Updated by Name" will all be fields available for everyone in ClubRunner Nova. In other words, when you update to Nova this information will be available to you. We are planning to release Nova in the coming months, though we do have a Beta preview version right now.

    If you'd be interested in viewing the Beta preview version of Nova let me know, I can email you privately and provide you login information.

    Thanks. I have looked at. Will review when we get closer to a release date. I thought that was going to be at the end of the year. Does this mean we are still on schedule to get Nova before the end of the year?

    Hello David,

    At this time, yes, we are still planning on releasing Nova by end of this year. Sorry I can't give a more concreate answer, our internal ClubRunner Nova updates happen almost weekly (partly due to the wonderful customer feedback we've been receiving, that's been extremely helpful to our team).
