Custom Email to Communicate with Club Members

    For many of our members, we are never going to get them to log into ClubRunner. We would still like to get emails out to them with copying 45 emails into the to: field. Is it possible in ClubRunner to create an email address, that anyone can email, that then would distribute that email to one of our email distribution lists in ClubRunner?

    Hi MJP,

    At this time ClubRunner does not have a mailing list type feature, though it something we hear about as a request from time to time. I have added your feedback for the this request that we are tracking internally. I am not sure if we're going to have any mailing list functionality in the short term, but we are looking at ways to make it easier to send emails, including through the Mobile app in future updates. That would make it easier for members to at least compose and start emails.

    We are looking at ways to allow reply-all to work in some context for clubs who want to have discussion chains for emails. Right now the issue is that all emails are built and sent to individuals directly, there are also generally limitations on the number of recipients in an email for a lot of mail systems as well.

    If there are other ways you can think of that would help on this front, I'd love to hear them as well.
