    Is there a way to have the EventRunner link to be tied to our club, URL/permalink? The links that are generated when configuring an event through EventRunner are extremely long and make it difficult to share the link via social media channels.

    Has anyone found a good solution to this issue?

    Hello David,

    Thank you for posting. Yes, our team can tie a MyEventRunner event (or any active webpage) to your homepage URL. Because ClubRunner manages your club website's domain name we can create domain "redirects", they take this form: yoursite.org/event. You just give us any word after the slash "/". yoursite.org/event would then auto-redirect to your event, or to any active webpage.

    Here's an existing example: bristolrotaryclub.com/dinnerfor2

    There is no charge (this is included with our domain management). All we need is an email from a verified member of your club and we'll set this up for you. Many clubs use redirects as they're a great marketing tool (as opposed to standard event URLs such as crsadmin.com/xxxxx etc.).
