    When setting up a speaker record: Why do I have to upload an image? Why can't I choose from the images currently on the website, like I can when using images in other areas? This happens in a couple of other spots as well. I also think that this might be contributing to image availability when sharing to social media.

    Hi David,

    This is a great question!

    The Speakers module is an older part of ClubRunner, and like Event Planner, does not have access to the image library itself. This is why you can upload an image, but not an image out of the library.

    This is something we’re looking to improve as part of Nova updates and getting Cloud Events fully covering older event modules feature sets. We feel strongly you shouldn’t have to figure out which is the best module to list that club meeting with the speaker. You should be able to create an Event and enable the RSVP feature, include speaker details, and collect information from the registrants. While we’re not there just yet, this is what we are working towards for Nova!
