Reversing Donations

    How can I reverse or refund donations in a donation campaign? It appears that once a donation has been recorded the campaign cannot be deleted. The solution would seem to be to refund a donation but there does not seem to be a way to do that,

    Thank you for reaching out on this, and I appreciate your patience while you waited for our reply.

    At this time the Donations module does not directly support refunds, though this is something we're working to change in future updates for Nova. You should be able to directly issue a refund for the transaction through your payment processor. If you need help identifying the transaction, or would like to remove the entry from the donations module as well, our team can assist with that. I'll reach out directly via our help desk, if I don't already see a discussion open with our team.
