Sending Email from "club email"

    We have created a club email using a shared account. This way, multiple people can access conversations through the club email. How can I send emails from the club email instead of using my personal email? I do not want my email to be shared when sending emails to groups. We would much rather prefer that the emails come from a general email so that we can have shared access to these conversations.

    Normally, this would be an easy task when sending an email. Am I overlooking something?

    Hi David,

    In the current version of ClubRunner, the sending email will always be the user who is logged in. For cases like this where a club needs to send emails as another member, we suggest creating an other user record with the correct shared details.     For Nova, this is improved by the way of the Sender Profile system. Staff are able to create new profiles that can be used to send emails as a different person, and control who is able to use them.
