Adding a Member

    We have a person who is in our Other User list and has been inducted in to our club. We can find no mechanism to edit their record to make them an Active Member. We then thought that we could just delete them from the Other User list and do an Add Record, but cannot find a way to delete an Other User. Any help?

    Hi Philip,

    For any other users, you can use the Change Status option in their profile / listing to activate them as an Active member. This workflow is the same as it was in classic ClubRunner.

    When you go through the Add Record system, and use their matching email address, the system should prompt you to use their record and it should include the change status option. The add record system was built with this in mind and should be helping to complete moves. If there is something we can improve here, I'd love to hear it.

    So just to confirm both options:

    1. In the the member's profile from the Actions button use Change Status

    2. Through the Add Record system, enter the members email address / name to locate them, then choose change status.
