Updating Blocked Email list -when is that updated?

    I've been going through the blocked email list for my club, which is the list that shows up when you log in. The list still shows contacts I've already fixed e.g. removed the email from deceased members, incorrect emails. When does that list get updated?

    Hi Paula,

    Great Question.

    The email block list is updated each time an email goes out. If a delivery issue occurs the email will pop up onto this list. Blocked emails in the list are only removed when you explicitly choose to remove them. If you've resolved the issue, or updated/removed the email address, you should unblock the email. If it comes back, it means that email is still in use somewhere in the system, and there are still delivery issues.

    If you ever have questions about the block messages, our team will do our best to assist as we are fairly familiar with the different block reasons and can shed more light.
