Copy of previous email function missing

    Our club just switched to Nova. In Communication/Emails when I click on the button at right of a previous message, in the Actions, column, the choices are: stats; resend to undelivered recipients; delete. No copy function.

    The instruction at the top of the screen is: "To modify or resend a message to the same recipients, click the Resend option. Use the Copy option to copy the email with the selected recipients."

    There is no "Resend" or "Copy" function.

    Hi Peter,

    Sorry for the delayed response. There was previously a restriction on copying emails from the old email system, into the Nova system. We've addressed the restriction and you should now be able to copy any email like you expect to. I did take a quick look in your account, and I was able to copy an older email without an issue. Please give it a try and let me know if you're still running into any issues, thanks!
