For the dues, how do we get other membership types (Corporate Membership, Assocaite Membership?)

    Hi Lisa,

By default the financials systems "Active Members" list, includes active members of all types, and you can see the individual type on the listing. Here is a partial screen showing the "type" of active membership.

You can create additional smart lists to target users by specific type or other attribute. Taking a quick look over your club, at least as of today all of the club's membership records are in the "standard" class of membership, and not any of the additional types like Satellite, Corporate, or Leave of Absence.

Per member, you can use the change status option and then edit active type to move members to a different Active membership type. Our team can also assist on adding new membership types!

I don't know how to change someone to a corporate member. Is that possible?

    Hi Lisa,

    Thanks for following up.

Within the listing of members, or in a Member's profile, find the Change Status Option and click on it.

On the new page, choose Edit Active member Type

Then select the new type from the drop down

And click save! Your member is now moved to the new Active classification. Please note that active member types in ClubRunner are only for ClubRunner itself. Rotary will always see these, and and custom types, just as an Active member of the club.
