How do I turn on or off emails in Cloud Events? The check radio buttons would appear that these can be turned on or off but clicking on them does not work. Can these be not edited in the beta version? Screenshot 2025-07-03 at 8.24.05 pm.png Screenshot 2025-07-03 at 8.24.05 pm.png

    Hi Jim,

Great question, the way how it is done now is a little quirky, and something we are looking to improve in the future. Effectively you need to edit the list of templates, and set it back to -- Select Template Type -- . With no email template set, it prevents that email from being sent out at all.

So within your cloud event, click on edit:

In the popup for each email you want to disable, click the drop down, and choose the option "-- Select Template Type --" as shown below:

Once you save, the list of notifications should update and show an X for items that won't send

    I hope this helps!

Please let us know how it goes, thanks.

Thanks Zach, certainly a little quirky, but it works. I would suggest just clicking on the radio button to turn a email notification on or off would be the simplest.
    Regards

    Hi Jim,

    Thank you for following up.

We do want to improve how we enable / disable the Event emails within the Cloud Events area, so this is something that will be very likely to change in the future.
