How can we embed a YouTube video like this on our club homepage? I have already tried copying the YouTube embed code from one of our videos and and embed widget, to no avail.

    Hi Bill,

Thank you for asking a great question.

This article should help with the process in general: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/k...a-youtube-video-into-a-story-or-custom-widget

If you give it a try and its not working, can you show us where you set it up? Its easiest for the team to troubleshoot something not working when we can see it.

Alternatively, instead of the more complex embed option, you can also use the URL directly to embed as well. To the right, next to the embed media button is a different embed media function,

Once you click it, it will ask for a URL

Provide a youtube url, like: and it will also embed it into the custom widget / story.

    I hope this helps!

Please let us know how it goes, thanks.

The problem is I don't have the embed media button on my Custom Widget form.

    Hi Frederick,

    That's a great question.

You do have to use a Custom Widget, and be in the full editor which is accessible via the box with the outbound arrow:

I have created a sub page where I have placed You Tube links. This works well and displays the selected video but it leaves you in YouTube land.
Is there another option for storing videos globally where the video will run, stop when finished but will not some other video unrelated to my Rotary website.
