How do I create a link to a .pdf on a homepage story?

    I am trying to put a link to a .pdf on a homepage story but it does not work? I know I have done it before but now I can't seem to make it work. I enter the file name into the link url but nothing happens.
    The page is up with the link cheyennerotary.org first homepage story. Help please....
