Calendar printing questions

    Hi folks - loving the ability to quickly generate the "live calendar" from the "Event Home" screen. Question though re actually printing it, when you select the "print version" option the colours for the event types do not appear (just blank checkboxes) no matter if you pick a printer or print to PDF option. I see that I can include the event type colours for each calendar entry by selecting the "background graphics" option but even then it does not show the colours for the event types legend ?? Also, for headers and footers, we would prefer only the header to be displayed, not the footer. I've attached a screenshot of what I am getting when I use the "print version" option.

    So I realize that both the background graphics, scale (eg. # of pages per sheet) and headers/footers are currently an end-user printer option but wondering if at some point the "print version" option could somehow be enhanced to allow print options to be selected and then generate a PDF that could be printed and/or emailed.

    In the interim though if we could get the legend updated for printing to include the colours for each legend event type item, that would be great. Hope this all made sense! Thanks again.

    Hi Dianne,

    Thanks for the feedback.

    I'll make sure to share this feedback with our team. But to confirm I've got your request correct, you would like the ability to use the "Print Version" button to allow you to print out the event colours that would then populate a PDF that you could then share with folks. Let me know if I misunderstood the ask here.

    Hi Robin, thanks for the response and sorry for the delayed response....busy time of year for a Rotary club Secretary LOL. Yes, that's basically it, the legend not showing up in colour is the highest priority I would say, I can always create a PDF from a screenshot but the legend does not reflect the category colours, that's what is really needed.
