Speaker Info that is not public facing

    When adding speakers in Club Runner, we need a way to include public-facing info and record non-public-facing speaker info (it will not show up on the public page). The non-public-facing info would be used to note who secured the speaker, the speaker's contact info, and who will be presenting the speaker, which can be utilized by our Club Exec Secretary.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thank you for your great question.

    Right now we do not have a place to enter members only speaker details, only the public data that is available for them. Though we are looking to improve the Speakers functionality under Nova and I've shared your specific requests to be able to store non-public facing data as part of that.

    Please let me know if you had any other suggestions or questions on how to accomplish things in ClubRunner.
