    I am tasked with creating a board presentation on converting to NOVA and would love to hear experiences (good and bad) with the conversion process so I can give our leadership team a realistic view of how the conversion will proceed. We are in Silicon Valley (Cupertino) so we many of our members and leaders are familiar with software conversions and issues that arise, so I want to give them a realistic picture.
