Can someone provide me instructions for version NOVA ClubRunner, to edit or update the "footer" that appears on all my club webpages? I have permissions as President of my club to edit the website, but cannot find any a website "button" nor help topic - and I've searched. I can edit all content EXCEPT content that appears at the bottom of the club's pages - all of them. That "footer" indicates our former meeting site and meeting times - it was edited or last updated sometime around January of 2026.

    Hello Eric,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I can confirm that at least as of today, you need to be a site administrator to manage the footers, navigation, and header sections of the website. I do not believe you have this level of access today, which is why you are unable to make this change.

Your president if they are already a site administrator can increase your access, and they can also authorize our team to increase your access level by an email and/or help desk request: support@clubrunner.ca / https://clubrunnersupport.com/new-ticket

Quick edit: I hit enter a little too soon. This article should help once you have the correct permissions: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/kb/articles/how-to-use-or-create-website-footers
