    What happens to our event lists and emails after the date has passed. They disappear from the event planner.

    They are archived Damian - you may see them by selecting 'View All Events' on the right side of the Event Planner screen

    Hello Damian,

    Les is correct, once an event passes it is kept in the list of past events. I'm attaching a screenshot from one of our test accounts that highlight the View Past Events Link

    Once you click on the link, you'll see all of your events ever created (and not deleted) from oldest to newest.
