I would like to be able to track member attendance at Club events for the purposes of being complete for Membership Engagement scoring.

Some members will showup at events without having registered. If we register them manually during the event (or even after) they get the regular "confirmation" emails, which is bit of a nuisance. Is there a way to turn the confirmation emails off for manual registrations on the site done by an admin? It should be selectable but I can't find a button for it.

    Thanks

    Hi Jim,

At this time there is not a way to disable event registration emails while manually registering someone. Though I will make sure the product team sees this feedback for future updates!

If you have further questions, comments, or concerns, please do let me know!

Thanks Zack. It would be a handy feature to have. I often have to adjust attendance at events after the fact so confirmation emails are not needed.

It's a clumsy workaround, but perhaps you could turn off/delete their emails while you do your after-the-event processing.

Interesting idea Anita. Turning off email temporarily would be ideal although there is not a way to do that currently as far as I can determine. Deleting the email addresses and then putting them back in would be more work than it's worth given the numbers usually involved. We'll need to wait for a more elegant solution. Thanks.
