Does anyone know how to create and print just a 100% attendance report for prior years of the club?

    Hi Jack,

Great question. Right now we do not simply have just a 100% attendance report. You can go through the Attendance Report by year, and then sort them by YTD Attendance column for each year of data you have in ClubRunner. Once sorted its pretty easy to copy only the 100% persons per year and paste that into something like Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

This should get you pretty close to what you're looking for, and be able to print it.

Let us know how it works out.

I have a question on attendance reporting.
I have a member who is now listed under the rule of 85 as many of our members are, so is exempt from attendance.
    • Member has attended 11 out of 42 meetings with 4 makeups
    • His attendance printout shows him at 100% attendance
    • Another member has missed one meeting out of 42 and records an attendance of less than 100%
My question is which one is correct?

    Hi Chris,

Great question, let me do my best to address this:

    • Members who are entered into exempted categories like: Exempted, Excused, LOA, have their attendance requirements set at 0 meetings for the year. As such they've met all of their requirements for their attendance and effectively always have 100%. We opted to show these people at 100% over 0% as we felt that would cause more confusion.
    • Members who are not in an exempted group, would have their attendance calculated normally and show their true % based on meetings and makeups.

So to answer your question, both are correct. I hope this makes sense :)
