Can't Access Membership Success Dashboard

    Apparently I'm not able to access this page to review membership inquiries that come in from our website. I have permission access 30 - Site Administrator and have been able to access it in the past. Has something changed recently? When I click on the Membership Success tab in the blue menu bar the sub-menu bar shows up below it with the 'Welcome' text but it is grayed out with no permission to click on it. Nothing changes in the main body of the window either.

    Please let me know if you need more details.

    I had the same issue Gina. Logged a ticket with CR support and they fixed it Must have been a switch that got flipped and not reset

    I found the cause Gina and corrected it. Can you please logout of ClubRunner and try again? I apologize for the inconvenience.
