[Resolved] Email statistics are still displaying "Unknown"

    To our valued customers:

    The email statistics service that ClubRunner uses was down yesterday due to unscheduled maintenance. This issue has been resolved however we are now processing a backlog of email statistics. This means you may see an "Unknown" status in the stats of emails recently sent through ClubRunner. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for this "Unknown" status to update.

    Note that all ClubRunner emails have been sent properly, but this may not reflect in our email statistics for the time being.

    We anticipate our email statistics retrieval time to return to normal by this Monday, Sept 10th.

    Our email statistics displaying "Unknown" even after an extended period of time is still being resolved. We are unable to offer a timeline of resolution at this time.

    Please note that all emails in ClubRunner are still being sent normally, it is only our third-party email stats gathering service that is currently experiencing issues.

    This is an update for our valued customers: our development team has identified the issue causing the email stats to display as “Unknown” even after an extended period of time. We are now actively working to resolve this issue.

    We are unable to provide a timeline of completion at this time. Please check this message thread periodically as any new announcements about this issue and its resolution will be posted here.

    Note: ClubRunner emails are still being sent out normally, this issue is only with our email stats not updating properly.

    We are happy to report that our email stats backlog has been processed over this weekend. This means most older emails with stats displaying as "Uknown" should now show the proper status (Sent, Bounced, etc).

    Please note: we are continuing to process the backlog for our 'Bounced/Blocked' lists. At this time, the list in the 'Manage Blocked Emails' section is still not up to date. We will provide more information as it becomes available.

    All black-logged blocked email items have been processed, and should now be shown on the manage blocked email page.

    If you encounter any new issues with the "unknown" status type, please contact our support team.
