This post will go over the access levels for the Membership Success module.

30 - Site Administrator = This person can view, edit, delete, and move the prospective member into different statuses, like "Joined Club" or "Active". This is the top access.
40 - President & 50 Executive = This person can view the prospective members and add internal comments after clicking on the prospective member's name.
60 - Editor = This person has read only access. They cannot edit or change anything.

A user pointed out that their membership chair has access level 50 at the moment and does not need to change their website, so why would she need 30? He suggested to change the access levels for the Membership Success module so access level 40 and 50 be the same as 30. Do you think we should do this change?

That would be helpful. They don't need to be able to edit the website at the admin level but the membership chair should have access to the success module at the same level as the club executives.

For what it is worth it is on our list of topics to review for the full rollout. :)

Thank you all for your feedback!

It is possible that I was that user and this reply is redundant, but yes - I think giving exec and president full privileges on the application would be good. I really don't want to give my membership chair 30 access, because then he would be too scared to use the module for fear of clicking in the wrong place and wrecking the website. An even worse scenario would be if he didn't have that fear.....

    Hello Mark,

Thank you for the reply and for the feedback.

Good news! Access level 50 - Club Executive, 40 - President, and 30 - Admin have access to Membership Success. We did this change several months ago and I did not post the change here.
    I apologize for any inconvenience.
