Event Planner - Printed invitation option?

    I apologize if this has been requested already, either in this forum or another. We have one 86 year old member, and an Honourary Member, neither of whom have email addresses. We would like to be able to print a nicely formatted copy of the event invitation for them, like that is emailed out to the others. Right now we have to take one of our own invitations and print it out, delete the extraneous information (eg. registration hyperlink, email header, etc) and give it to the members. It would be nicer if we could give them something nicer looking? Has that been considered at all? Thank you....

    I have not received this suggestion in the past before. At the moment do we not have an printer friendly version of the invitations. I have passed your feedback onto our Product team and they will review the suggestion as soon as they can. We are always making changes to ClubRunner and are receptive to suggestions from users like yourself. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we can't guarantee when or whether they will be done.

    In the mean time, I recommend doing what you are doing. You could copy and paste the invitation email's content into Word and format it to make it look nicer if needed.
