[Resolved] Intermittent issues with ClubRunnerSupport.com

    Customers unable to submit help requests.

    Starting in the evening of Friday Nov 2 2018 until Monday Nov 5 11 am (Eastern Time) there was an issue with the ClubRunner support website. Anyone using the contact form would not have been able to submit a ticket. We have worked with our support website's vendor Kayako to resolve this issue.

    Unanswered Tickets.

    We’re also aware of an issue where some of our responses from our help desk are not being processed and sent successfully. Kayako’s teams were working hard to resolve this issue. Today at 1:30 PM (Eastern Time) their teams updated their systems so new emails would be processed successfully. New responses to your questions are being delivered.

    Previous emails that were not successfully sent are starting to be sent. You may receive a response today from a ticket from the last week or so.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our vendor worked to resolve these issues.
