Placing a Norton's Security tag on our ClubRunner site

    I have no idea how to do this.

    This is how far I have gotten.

    I opened the Meta Tag because under settings on ClubRunner you can enter Meta Tags
    These are the choices Norton provides

    ClubRunner provides four options. I chose "custom" but it did not verify.
    I next tried the keyword option from both but it also did not verify.
    Then I looked at HTML

    But I have no idea what or where the "root folder" is.
    Please help!

    You'll want to follow the instructions for the meta tag verification, and using the guide above insert it as a custom meta tag. After you do so, you should be able to verify the site.

    If you have any issues I would suggest sending an email to the support team and we can go from there!

    You won't be able to upload the file to ClubRunner for the root site due.

    Yes, I had to contact Norton directly and a couple of days later the club's website was tagged as safe. They also did my blog Wethe4.com which was on my list as well.
