Trouble sending mail from Contact Us form

    I have just tried to send email from our clubrunner Contact form - looking for a problem reported to us as 'not working'.

    I have entered 10 captchas and I am bored. It thinks I am a robot. I think it is a robot.
    The test email has not been sent.

    We've received email from the contact form in the past - has something changed?

    Has anyone else had problems?

    Hello Anita,

    Thank you for letting us know about this issue. It seems some widgets haven't updated to the new Google ReCaptcha code that was added for all of our contact forms. Our development team is working to fully resolve this for any other clubs or districts that may be having the same issue.

    For the time being I have fixed the widget on your site, it should now be sending successfully!

    Edit: I did complete the form quickly, you should see a test email from me!

    Hello Anita and David. Anita thanks for starting this thread. It prompted me to look and see if the Dryden site worked. What I found was a very out of date Contact page with the name of the President and his e-mail showing. It went back to Version One as a site page. So I went to ClubRunner.ca and found the video on how to enter a modern Contact widget. The video's a little dated but still works. I sent a test...thinking it was to myself like as on a newsletter but then realized no it went to the President...of course!
