A suggestion for attendance tracking

    Our club has multiple types of membership, some of which include meeting fees and some which do not. In the latter case, members must pay the meeting fee at the door. The secretary has the task of checking people in & collecting dues from those members that need to pay. It would be nice if the screen where attendance was taken could be customized to show additional fields. I added a custom field called "dues type" to each member's profile but this can't be neatly accessed or shown to the secretary as she is taking attendance and collecting fees. Of course members should know whether they are prepaid or not, but some do not, and this would help simplify the process overall.
